im thinking about sending them a letter a week in both english and spanish. is there anything else i could look into that would give me more of an insight to see if they would be motivated sellers or not ?

My spouse would continue to work (very easily employable, pretty much anywhere in the English speaking world) for a good salary and, importantly, for health insurance for our family, which should support us adequately.

We bought another English owner occupied house, a bit bigger this time, to rehab while we occupied it.

Hi @Sergiy Kravchuk.You may be having issues for one big reason: Your English is understandable, but it is not perfect/fluent.

Everywhere I travel, you can bet they know what "Los Angeles CA" means even if they don't speak a lick of English!

I don't think that our Commercial Assn. of Realtor's form lays their responsibilities out in enough plain English.
