Nationwide housing prices have been cooling, possible recession approaching - I just don't think most people have an appetite to pay a premium for a turnkey rental right now - they'd rather buy something that's reasonably-priced and put a little work into it (cosmetic upgrades, some new furniture).

I actually like the high property taxes because they help to suppress property values, and I don't value appreciation that much because I want to make money at the rehab/turnaround phase.

The judge will scrutinize the parties involved and make sure that it's an arm length transaction.The creditors have nothing to say about the transaction unless they feel there's some equity being suppressed.

The key is developing relationships with the decision makers at small banks (think President) and credit unions where they have an appetite for loaning on the type of deals you have, and keep their loans in-house instead of selling on the secondary market.

He can find out WHY for you AND he can get the bureaus to suppress the excessive ones.There are some pieces missing in this story but I seriously doubt those ten pulls are keeping you from getting the other loans.
