Are there other markets in the western half of US that show more promise?

In Worcester county, Western MA, and maybe Bristol you might be able to do it alone...Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, need help most likely.

Yes, I plan on focusing on the Western Suburbs.

@David Krulac  I think you last comments can describe most of the URban core areas of many mid western or upper east major metro areas  save NYC and Boston Washington.Our Urban core in PDX is were the most expensive RE is located... and same with most of the west coast  Save LA 

I am a Broker and can assert on the western suburbs - prices are going up so good time to get in if you get a property at the right price. feel free to connect.
