Looking for Dallas area contacts for Broker, Prop Mgmt, etc.

Hello all,

I am from California and looking to invest in single family and/or multi families in the Dallas area. I am looking for any referrals for contacts for Brokers, Prop Mgmt companies, contractors/handyman that you have had personal experience with and would recommend. I need to learn the market and put a team in place that I can trust as CA just has horrible returns because of the inflated property values.

Also where do you think the Dallas market is? Is it starting to get saturated with investors and overpriced or is there still room to make some cash flow. I am interested in buy and hold properties. Are there other markets in the western half of US that show more promise? Thanks !! - Christopher
