They want you because they can't market properties to the public without a license because that is the unlicensed practice of real estate.

create a win win situation, call them, explain them that you were legally binding, but at this point, you would want them to know that we did something in the term, and you would want to make some decisions with them, which can help both of you. you can become their (unlicensed )property manager & realtor ( for this property and take some commissions while managing the property, if they like it. or do profit sharing. 

Not following the issue.He's using unlicensed contractors and wondering if there is a way to get around the law and pay them.

Unlicensed practice of Real Estate is a felony in FL. 

House flipping (buy, fix, sell) is a world away from wholesaling (tell a seller that you'll buy their house, even though you won't, assign the contract to someone at a higher price, hope the deal closes, pocket the difference).Wholesaling is in general, unlicensed real estate brokering and is illegal in most locations - no matter what the gurus say. 

@Jordan Ashbaugh You're not going to like this answer, but it's the truth.What you're doing is called "Unlicensed Real Estate Brokering". 

Real estate sales people and unlicensed can not manage in DC.
