Airbnb in Tampa Bay area (St Petersburg)

Hey everyone. I am 18 years old and trying to get into managing Airbnbs. I live in Clearwater but have found some great rental properties in St Petersburg. I have been researching the rules and regulations and came across so much conflicting information.

My question is, is it legal to run Airbnb in St Pete?

And if not, it would be extremely beneficial if you could guide me toward a list of cities in the Pinellas area that would work.
