All the windows are that dark bronze/black colored aluminum, but all the glass is intact.

Or I would take out the box and add crown to the upper cabinets and paint the wall above a nice color, along with the rest of the kitchen.

They started giving orders - can we ask the color of paint to be white if you are going to paint and even asked me to include it in the contract.

The contractor was to brick the two side doors and I was at pains to mention that I do not want to paint the exterior, meaning he needs to ensure that he comes as close as possible to the current brick Color or find a way to blend.

Thats priority #1.What I'm saying is that when getting started people become obsessed with the little things like the color of the drapes, brand of furniture, etc. when what they should be focusing on is getting their first property up and running with as little cost as possible on liabilities such as furniture.They should be more resourceful when it comes to these things by working deals with the owner, finding furnished properties, getting items wholesale.The main effort goes into the pictures, the title & description, the backend business, acquiring a property in the first place, negotiating terms, creating stand operating procedures that they can use to scale later on. 

You do NOT want someone else telling you how much you can sell your house for, what color to paint things, or how much to pay your people. 

Hard to tell from the pictures but I think the variation in color we're seeing in #2, 3, 4 is the moisture?
