You're out of business in many areas and you need to find something else that doesn't require a background check in a or as a fiduciary responsibility being involved or a position of trust......like selling shoes for example.Yes Rick, but most deals are residential, most are done with investors who can't write a check and payoff the loan, most can't refinance quick enough either.
