It's like a mutual fund vs owning one stock!

I am planning to expand and in a near future add more houses to my portfolio.

If not feasible, consider increasing rent, reducing purchase price, incorporating future benefits, or targeting multifamily properties.

On the other hand, saving that $4,400 could go toward a refinance later if rates drop significantly in the future.

We would handle the guest communication, coordinating cleaning, minor repairs, stocking supplies, calendar management, etc.

Agree that no insurance will cover future increases in cost of monthly or yearly HOA assessments (dues).
