STR management in Hudson Valley NY

Hello, 

My RE Partner and I have been running our STR in Kingston NY for just about 1 year now. We have over 50 reviews with a 4.96. I feel like we have good systems in place and it is something we feel we are good at and also enjoy! Thinking of trying to market to a handful of homeowners that would like us to manage the STR for a % of revenue. We would handle the guest communication, coordinating cleaning, minor repairs, stocking supplies, calendar management, etc. What is the going rate for something like this these days? 20-25% of revenue? If anyone has any pointers on getting stated I would love to hear them! Would also love to connect with any Potential owners that have a STR in Kingston ny, Saugerties ny, Woodstock NY, Rhinebeck NY or Ulster County area!!
