If you want a cheaper alternative i would recommend upwork, it's a little more expensive but you can tailor exactly what you want done and actually hire someone as a VA to do your SEO work, usually not the best and wont really get you much traction in competitive markets, but it's better than nothing and you won't have somebody who is just spamming backlinks to your site trying to get $5 and a 5* rating like you would on fiverr.

It's always wise to separate your brand from everyone else.Finally, for back links, I haven't dabbled much with SEO in recent years, but a few years back when I did, back linking was entering a phase where it was losing influence on rankings because of the quality of back links and spamming and the like.

I love the website and the customer support, I just need to get some real traffic and get rid of the spam.

There are some great one's out there (we've bought several houses from wholesalers) but there are also some that basically just spam you with junk.

Once we figured out how to kill off the spam in our group forums, most of them died.

My last two listings were lifted by someone who offered them at ridiculous low rates on CL and tried to get someone to send them the SD and 1st month's rent without meeting the Landlord.One brokerage spams over 100 listings a day.

None of them were spam, all were real replies, and when I showed the apartments in "open house" type showings, received 8 applications, 6 of them people with high credit scores.

Some it is going to be caught by spam filters.
