At this point, drop this on the landlord to handle but know that your personal responsibility is report crime to the police and violations of your lease to the landlord.And, quit living in fear and anxiety.

My apologies for recurring use of word "deals" but that's what this is all about, right? 

I have two questions:1) Does anyone recommend using a particular virtual assistant company like Upwork or something like that for recurring work? 

My anxiety and ... anxiety kept me from pulling the trigger.
