We started buying pure investments properties as we got richer ;)The transient life style can be a great asset.

So, I think about this deal as a pure cash flow play.  

I use to look at pure cash flow till I realized that many pure cash flow areas do not appreciate.

Once we got our foot in the door we bought two pure investment and have gone from there. 

We quickly started adding pure investments to our line up. 

Selling 6 units prior to construction would get me the funding I need for the building process, leaving the other 5 units as pure profit.

We are not, any of us, purely rational economic actors.  

Other people bought their house as a pure investment loan, putting 20%, etc.

all of whom i am extremely thankful for there association.Several have really become friends as well as mentors helping me navigate the Investing waters.while others have well, with there brutal honesty have really helped as well.anyway,From a Pure Numbers stand point and time I have Put in a lot of time this year into really building my business.I have probable sumitted 30 offers(beat out everytime!!)

We own 5 houses, a mix of personals, now rentals and pure rentals.
