Hey I'm new here, and I'm from Clarksville, Georgia

Hey! So I'm a young college student who's completed my first year of military college at The Citadel, and I've been listening to the BP podcasts this summer and have become very interested! I'm a business major with a concentration in Finance, but I've only completed my first year so I'm not very knowledgeable about the real estate terminology. I've picked up a few things from the podcasts, but I was hoping if anybody could recommend some books or other readings that will give me an understanding in the real estate world. Like I said, I'm a poor college student but am very ambitious in learning the real estate business and I'd really like to get my foot in the door. I plan on serving in the Navy as an officer after I graduate for a few years, but I'd like to invest in real estate on the side. If I decide that I really like it, I might consider being a full time investor. Any way, I'm glad to be part of the community and hope to absorb any advice and tips that you guys throw my way. Thanks!
