Hello!!!
Hi, Im a Georgia Southern University college student working on my real estate license. I would love to start out with real estate investing. Investment to me sounds smart with being in a college town and students needing a place to live. I'm open to any and all advice. Since i'm in college i have debt and a rather low credit score. I'm not that much of a handy man but am willing to learn. I just want to be SUCCESSFUL. What steps do I need to take ? What should I be doing right now to prepare for it ?
