Unless companies set up new operations in the city creating replacement jobs, all that will remain are lower-paying service sector jobs.

@Haiden WelchThis post is not going to be what you want to hear but in order to do a syndication properly you need to have experience and moneyIf you don’t believe me check out what is going on in BP on a Norada, Ashcroft, AHP, ODC, Kawaka, and Google Applesway and Tides…To start it will cost you $10k to setup a syndication.

But it will be the one you remember because it helped you set up your operations.

My local guy wanted $6,900 for the same setup.  

To avoid this, I set up alerts to be sent to my phone and I also check my tenant lead messages about 1x per week. 

To set up a successful stand alone wholesaling business - and by that I mean a “contract flipping” business, is possible but requires a lot of capital, contrary to what the gurus teach.  

In some countries you need to set up an appointment in advance.

FYI the interest of doing it in trusts would be to avoid probate and any inheritance taxes, but again, I'm just doing research and am not a lawyer so just trying to get more info so I know which direction to go and what to ask when I get things set up 

I ended up blocking the one day on Airbnb and then it syncs to Vrbo.I do have it set up on AirBNB, but get two back to back bookings with VRBO, or a direct and a VRBO and I'm out of luck.I'm doing some digging into different PMS systems.
