So I would like to gain some idea in this field. 

I just recently graduated from the University of Redlands 4 months ago, and immediately dove into the real estate field upon graduation.

While searching the net I found to read certain blogs in Gorilla Bins ( http://www.gorillabins.ca/blog/how-to-start-an-e-waste-recycling-business/ ) about how to start an E-waste recycling business.It seems more informative to me.But still, I need some suggestions from the experienced persons because I am new to this field. please do help me! 

Make sure that the inspector actually tests the quality of the sludge and leach field.

(I still think getting a real estate license is the best for a new Real Estate Investor)I think that you should focus on either wholesaling or fixing and flipping, they are two different fields to go into.

These types of jobs or professions have many things in common I'm sure.Not only do you have a high degree of technical proficiency with numerous protocols but there is almost an "art" to employ the proper action and do so in, not just a timely manner, but very quickly, in an instant. 

You just made me think of this: I don't know how little your little ones are, but last week a middle school did a field trip to the Pinball Museum.

When I travel to Hawaii, and spend a day or two looking at potential investment housing...even if I don't buy anything...that plane ticket is a deduction.I'm going to assume you're a smart guy, so as you know, there are numerous methods to get around paying taxes on your real estate income.

I hope I'm not being delusional here, but Real Estate has captured my interest seeing as so many people have mentioned it before.Currently I'm in college pursuing a 2 yr degree in Construction Management and will transfer to get a bachelor's in the same field.
