I'm about to start short term rental for travelling Nurses (travelling medical professionals).

Just like medical, e commerce, or real estate brokerage.  

It is a hard conversation for a buyer's agent to have with a potential client so they may not call your attention to this unless you specifically ask.

For older demographics, consider the availability of medical centers, entertainment, and restaurants.Buildings/Permits: Assess the city's growth compared to previous years.Determine if the city can accommodate future supply.Government Regulations: Examine the city's efforts and the type of businesses they are targeting.

That should get his attention.

Some smart BP members have targeted Medical Colleges because they have daddy's Money.

There are plenty of sponsors who operate in that space who will be the first to  acknowledge  they are not good capital raisers or maybe they merely want to focus their attention on other areas of  the business and rely on service providers such as the one I am describing.
