There is a criteria of course, but this is where I've seen the most consistency.

This year, I made an intentional effort to dedicate at least 5-10 hours a week to learning and have done that consistently, and probably put in way more hours than that.

Before you consider transitioning out of your role to become a real estate investor, get your first property under your belt and you will know almost immediately if the demand and drive it takes consistently is the right place for you to put your focus more regularly.

Wholesaling is attractive model but like everything else it take commitment and consistency.  

I consistently see cash-on-cash returns above 15% but you won't see that on a beautiful property. 

The issue with islands is that it means Caribbean.
