I also look at if the sewer line is cast iron or if it has been replaced.  

Or every house in the neighborhood has lead paint, cast iron pipes, a septic system, a boiler and is 100 years old.

@Tom CamardaEverything is state specific though you do pay dues to a national board which I find very ironic.

Loc R.That was my initial gut reaction... ironically they offered us $375, but we flat out rejected the offer and they eventually came up to the $400.

-Set up a loaner closet: Tables/chairs, vacuum, iron board, iron, hide-a-bed, crib, car seats, etc.

But, I agree that we'd have to work together to make it work, and since he's a major control freak, I'm not sure it's a great idea unless the partnership is set up in iron with a clause to dissolve and sell.

As far as continuing my education in nursing goes, that's very ironic.
