I just think it is crucial that if someone would be calling potential motivated sellers or other cash buyers on my behalf (therefore representing my company & brand), I need to at least have interviewed them thoroughly and be confident that they would not misrepresent me in any way.

The problem is the overwhelming responses, mostly bad, and the time it takes to make selections, schedule interviews, and go through the whole process.Anyone have any good tips on how they like to find talent and save time in their hiring process?
