Property managers in Vallejo
Hi,
I have a 4-plex in Vallejo that I've self-managed for almost two years. For the most part tenants are great and respectful. I haven't run into any big issues. My other properties are out of state and property managed. I'm clearly sold on the benefits. As my free time dwindles, I'm looking to get a property manager in Vallejo. Any solid recommendations?
My main sticking point is that I'm not willing to pay a tenant placement fee. I believe it leads to misaligned incentives between owners and property managers. On my out of state properties I pay a flat 10% and we've been able to build a strong and productive relationship. I'm looking for something similar here.
Thanks.
