Missing doors, missing toilets, animal and human feces on walls and floors, piles of diapers, drugs, guns, police, police, police etc.

I have utilized international VA's in my own personal projects and I have had some outstanding VA's for simple tasks that did not require training or any type of background knowledge and then I've hired US-based VA's knowledgeable in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Finance and Human Resources that could help me in those specific areas when my team was overloaded.

Fortunately, there's been more money made with real estate than all other human endeavors, combined.

Unfortunately, we are all human and sometimes checks get misplaced, or forgotten about.

If human existence relied solely on me crawling over power lines, then I might think about it.These guys HAVE to get a kick out of it, or have some sort of attachment to it.

In an attempt to learn as much as humanly possible, I turned to the internet and came across BiggerPockets. 

The easiest way to do this would be to buy the house yourself using transactional money, praying that C's bank doesn't have a change of heart, and closing as fast as humanly possible with C.

Humans are born different from one another and imperfectly and have to each seek his/her own balance.
