I thought it may be hard to find someone that is looking at relocating both their business and their home, but I am very new at this so I don't know that for sure.As for the noise issue between the business and residential areas, both floors have high ceilings (12 feet).

Speaking with other investors, the primary reason is based on the kind of tenants that would be placed in the rental condos, turnover, noise control - items that a normal live-in owner would make sure they self-control.
