.- My husband and I show the unit together - it would be pretty hard to take us both down without some noise- We schedule multiple showings around the same time (say, one or 2 showings every 15-30 minutes).

There is a ton of demolition to do in the apartment and we need to do that before we rent the downstairs because of the mess that will be caused from the demo and the noise that will be made... we don't want to make our commercial tenant unhappy.

I thought it may be hard to find someone that is looking at relocating both their business and their home, but I am very new at this so I don't know that for sure.As for the noise issue between the business and residential areas, both floors have high ceilings (12 feet).

.- You'll grow more and more resentful of those "wasted" years as they slowly grind on.- Your ROI will not compare to starting now.- After those 17 years you should be able to really retire if you chose to or live a much higher standard of living.- 20 years will likely take a physical toll on you.
