Young newbie from Salem, OR
Hello everybody I'm Josh. I have been lurking around the forum for a couple days and figured I should say hello.
I am here to learn how I can spend more time with my wife and retire early. I am 27 years old and have 2 single family homes (one I am currently living in). I hear many say it's hard to start early because of lack of life experience and money. The life experience I may not have but the money I feel I am in a good situation for my age. The problem with making good money in construction is, I work out of town almost every week so I have no time.
With that being said what do you guys think my best investment option is? My father uses shipping containers as mini storage rentals and I have thought of getting into that. Any suggestions? Any advise or help is greatly appreciated.
