In my business there are no cost for due diligence to the note buyer.. its all in a nice neat package takes them about 15 minutes.they can also get payments direct to them.. they don't require service r however if they want a service r usually about 10 to 12 a payment  your yield would be affected just a tad..  

I've looked at CPA's such as @Brandon Hall (although NC) that seems would be great, I'm not sure I can afford the $500/month minimum package at this time.
