Forming Real Estate Team

Hello fellow investors.

After watching various podcasts and YouTube videos and audiobooks and of course reading various posts on here, I am looking to formulate my RE team.

I am looking for recommendations for a good CPA to help find those great tax breaks that Tom Weelwright would discuss, title company, property managing company.

Right now I'm looking at SFH here in Philly for flipping and/or rehab and rent.I plan to Slowly build my portfolio over the next 5 years ( 1 or two this year, 8-10 in the next 10 years. I plan on doing this aside from my normal 8-5.

Thanks in advance!!

@Amdrew Polinchak I would start by asking your agent for referrals. Most investor friendly agents have a bunch of people they can refer you to. I wouldn't personally stress about the CPA until I had a rental property though. Your tax planning is going to be fairly straight forward at first, and mostly any qualified person can help you just fine. As you get into this business you will probably go through a CPA or two until you find the right one.
