they determined that a lot of the theft was from the workers that worked for the contractors and new the lock box codes coming back and stealing stuff or telling their cousins etc. 3. pull into gas station and have to lock your car when you leave and head on a swivel or simply do not buy gas there at all to dangerous. its these type of things the locals are raised with and us OUT of state folks have no clue about especially if we were not raised around that environment we simply dont know what we dont know..

they usually don't leave the gas on with a leak because the danger is from gas accumulation starting a fire or resulting in an explosion.

I would not invest in any location where the population is stagnant or declining.Crime - People and companies will not move to locations perceived as dangerous.

@bryan danger yeah that's my dilemma do what with the profits and than worry about the high amount of capital gains I would have to pay so in reality it's not worth it but eventually we will have to pay it right?

But if not, or if my tenant keeps bringing him over, I'll need to get them both out asap.A few extra details:- This is an inherited tenant on a month to month lease- The abuser was living with the victim but was not on the lease- Abuse happened on the property, victim was hospitalized, and abuser was arrested- Tenant is section 8Any advice would be greatly appreciated.From the outside looking in, it seems that you'd put your family in more danger if you start interacting with this person you view as dangerous and telling them you don't want them around.
