I wouldn't have a problem doing the 1099s and will do what I have to never see the IRS again but retroactive paperwork is a bit of a pain ....Its also a disconnect to me that someone does the roof on your house and its his responsibility to report the income but for a rental its your responsibility to 1099 his income

I disconnected the locks individually within Locks Manager and reconnected them and that seems to have fixed the issue.

In many instances, the disconnect stems from how a phone call is framed. 

And the reason why its so hard for people to disconnect from 2008 is because of how recent it was.

I think the disconnect is that you forgot about the other part of that payment--repayment of principal.  

When they call me back,  they say , bob we got disconnected,, no I hung up on you.

Also with washer unless they are super overloading it, or moved it and the hose disconnected that could be the cause.

Account Closed  its really amazing when you do well for investors don't take the attitude that the investor should make a little while us promotors make the lion share ,, how much money you can raise.this is one of the HUGE mistakes and disconnects I see on BP all these newbies looking for that 8 to 10% private investor..

If you don’t mind me asking, what was the disconnect with the original appraisal?

Ideally, this would be a place to disconnect from the world.
