Last tip - pay to get professional photos done from someone who has photographed Airbnb's before (they will know to take pics of the "cute corner with the books", and décor, etc versus a real estate photographer who just gets shots of the rooms and leaves).

I also saw a graphic recently that showed that home prices have actually appreciated in 3 of the last 5 recessions, so even if things were to be heading towards another recession, there is no guarantee that home prices would drop.
