Create content that is better (better than the content they currently link to)-this is the hardest part, a lot of people think if they write 600 words, add couple images they are doing a good think, they are blogging, they are doing SEO which is false-you need to create a pice of content that is AMAZING4.

The commercials always annoy me because they are filled with teaser content and FB was no different.

And your right about the contracts I can sign them but most people know someone under 18 can void contents they get in.
