We see all the time how not understanding your client base gets landlords in trouble ( good ol' Clayton and his story about Doctors and Nurses rent D class homes).

A listing just came up. 2 buildings (1 duplex) and 1 is a vacant doctors office with 6 exam rooms with an apartment on top.Does anybody have experience renting a doctors office?

Typical renters there are younger doctors/dentists/lawyers/CPAs, temporary workers for oil & gas industries, and non-tenured college professors. 

He is the Doctor who examined both "Abe" and "John Wilkes Booth."

People want a pet, Landlords won't allow them, so the Tenant gets a letter from their doctor and there's nothing you can do about it.It doesn't matter if they get the ESA yesterday or three years ago.

I'm going to let the doctors tell me, and the numbers of Covid cases tell me, and never let the politicians tell me when it's safe.

So I ask, my brother in law who's a doctor invests with my MIL in several properties, and other doctors on a few others, so will you be asking for info on those doctors too?

People are are making money hand over fist on air bnbs, temporary housing for doctors and home sales to hospital professionals. 

Answering at this point would be akin to saying "you should vote democrat" or "you should become a doctor."
