Hello , I just wanted to get everyone's opinion It's seems to me like real estate tv shows and real estate gurus have made real estate investments a trend,Which is a benefit to agents , lawyers and title companies sells wise.

So get off the fence and put your (bleeping) calculator away and change the trajectory of your life over the next few years.Or......continue with your current plan, and like Arthur on the TV show "King of Queens," just make sure your kids buy a home with a basement that you can have a place to live at 70 yrs old! 

I always loved real estate and looking at homes but I was sick of just looking at homes on zillow and watching tv shows about real estate.

No tv, no video games, no unnecessary crap.

Most are young professionals that are in town for a contract type job but others have stayed for over two years.I believe he furnishes each room with a bed, dresser, and a nice wall mounted TV.
