This gives them more options and a broader spectrum of coverage.

There are products available across all the spectrum of quality so I'm struggling in trying to identify ways to differentiate.

On the other end of the spectrum they can fine you until you rip everything out or pass a code inspection on the addition. 

I was given a lead from a lady at work, I will be calling them as well as others to get a broader spectrum.

@Samson TseNumbers look decent enough, but a six-plex in that price range could be on the rougher end of the spectrum. 

For a yard this size or a little bigger we have been in the 5-10k range with the higher end of that spectrum including irrigation if we install it.  

I just wanted to understand the full spectrum of risk/reward possible when investing in note funds. 

On one end of the street spectrum there is the cul-de-sac in a closed development, and on the other end of the spectrum there is a superhighway running through the front yard.
