(Heck, I’d be happy cleaning out properties to find cool furniture to rehab!)

She left broken furniture and mattresses behind along with lots of other junk.  

Most of our friends have nicer cars than us (with large car payments) along with nicer furniture (and furniture payments) but they do get to "like" our status on Facebook when we are on vacation (because they cant afford to go ) !

Just because the statistical data says a home is worth $212M, doesn't mean the house hasn't been gutted or that the 2,000 square foot add on wasn't done with a permit or that there isn't a crackhead living in the place right now using the furniture as firewood. 

The second couple is looking for a big house because they have a lot of furniture.

My budget overages were due in part to the purchase of staging furniture, which I am carrying as a loss, however will move to other houses.

And now furniture depreciation.

So I splurge in things they will notice and appreciate...better appliances, backlit rocker switches, remote control ceiling fans, 6-panel doors, upgraded flooring, decent furniture and accent walls.  

Habitat for Humanity will enter the house and will accept usable furniture.

She is super excited because she sold some of the furniture that was left in it which should cover the back taxes owed plus a little extra.
