The current system of fiat currency allows for wild unpredictable swings in the economy.

I didn't get any confidence that China is going to overtake us any time soon or that there is a need to rush and buy their currency.The debate about currency comes up every week on this board and we still have had no credible evidence that wild currency swings are imminent IMO.

However, the price will go up big time if the Supreme Court rules in favor of hoa lien investors, so if you are confident the hoa will win, then maybe it would make sense to buy.Legally speaking, this is currently Wild West territory in Nevada.

No matter how wild west NM might be, the codes still require you to serve notices and you have to file a UD and get a court order if they don't vacate.

They can't go on wild goose chases that lead to nowhere.

A couple pennies a piece at Kinkos, a box of rubber bands and go hog wild.

Price per sqft varies wildly from one neighborhood to the next.
