hello everyoneI am chad and I am looking to learn about real estate investing i have been watching the bigger pockets videos on u tube lately and decided to join the group I am hoping to learn and research some more before i jump i and buy my first rental property. 

I found biggerpockets through youtube after binge watching and listening to about 100+ podcast and the videos of the Podcast.

When I was 13 I started my own landscaping company in NJ (Divine Landscaping) and just recently started a video production company (Non Stop Productions).Through the 4 years I have been in Raleigh, NC I have seen an enormous change in real estate and I am tired of sitting back and watching other investors get rich quick. 

My only concern was with stuff left in the unit but already took pictures and I have video from previous days when I entered unit for maintenance.

Take a witness and video camera.

I have read and watched every podcast, youtube video, or book I could get me hands on.

hey, I have another real estate investment video other than BP a chance and it was on wholesaling probates.

I am a college student and I have recently been reading books and watching videos on real estate investing.

Some time last year I was obsessed with house flipping formulas and thought I'd try my hand after podcast and YouTube videos.

Most of them are able to remotely purchase based off of referrals, numbers, photos, videos, 3rd party inspections and whatever else they need to feel comfortable.
