I am in Michigan and have recently received a request from a tenant indicating he is a licensed medical marijuana user.I have read most of the recent posts here and on the web at large but this topic is ever changing and just wanted some input, feedback from those who have dealt with this issue first hand.It does appear that the feds, specifically the DEA, has been told to keep their nose out of the individual State's rulings regarding this matter.Any other thoughts, ideas from those having experienced this issue with tenants?

As long as you can afford/stomach/hold your nose at the moderately higher mortgage for 12-18 months, it should make far more financial sense to just eat that higher mortgage cost and refinance later into a rate for the long-term.
