That means I have to move my properties from one LLC to another, open a separate bank account, change bank accounts for rental income and expenses, etc.

LLC is VERY IMPORTANT to organize in the correct states that don’t require formal records to maintain separation between LLC and personal.  

I'd be careful doing this, and I'd recommend trying to find some more separation possibilities within the house if you're not comfortable. 

Someone did try to scam me on here...that's a whole other story (on a separate post) so I try to be cautious.
