I'm in the beginning stages of a multi-year plan for growing my portfolio and I think the financing is what gives me the most anxiety about the entire process.

Personally i would offcourse prefer a free version, but to be honest I think some people would find this really helpfull and would be happy to pay (recurringly) a certain amount of money for this tool.Are there also special features you can do with it like sort on a certain region or only sends an email after a certain percentage of price drop, etc. ? 

For example, "I now keep a savings account with 6 months of expenses" would definitely relieve some of their anxiety.
