This quotes is only to remediate the mold it does not involve fixing the drywall afterwards.We are trying to get more quotes but unfortunately we live in Stillwater, Ok ( a small town) so most of the professionals have to travel about an hr. to get to us.Attached is the $11K quote – it seems inflated to me.

That being said, here’s what I would recommend for a thorough DD process:-Build a plan in advance (setup a spreadsheet, meet with the team, etc)-be prepared to take a lot of pictures -document notes with each room (we use notes on Apple and share it with the team)-align the team on standardizing information (example: what does “bad” mean, what does “okay” mean, etc - everyone looks at things differently and you want to make sure the notes are accurate during your debrief)-bring in professionals for things you can see, like sewer lines hope this short list helps!

Waco is a great rental market because there are so many blue collar jobs that provide consistent demand for housing (I have heard that 80% of homes in Waco-proper are non owner occupied) but there is a lack of white collar jobs that would keep Baylor graduates here or bring working professionals from Austin/Dallas.
