The politicians have figured a way to keep the radicals happy but still be practical.

Majority owners will act in their interests to rent or sell their units first.If there is not a majority owner, then I hope you are a good politician adept at forming coalitions to control the board.

Yet they vote for politicians that have second or third homes (bought by money earned as politicians, not through their own productivity) and they will never, ever require their beloved politicians to give up anything.There is a growing segment of the population that believes we only build wealth by stealing from others.

More garbage by our garbage politicians, how these morons get elected is beyond me. 

Higher property taxes , higher insurance , higher crime rate , higher water bills , harder to evict , little appreciation compared to county , worst school system in the State , failing infastructure , the politicians are terrible . 

He has already made fun of Texas politicians who has raised constitutional concerns. 

@Yohannes Kifle That's right, but there was a politician in Seattle who was pushing to have that changed.

Politicians have turned the city upside down the last few decades.

But, changing the right to use the property may not be available to you, the local authorities may not allow it, for many reasons (might be because you didn't pay the right politician, LOL) So, now you must conform to an established use requirement.

Usually the programs start well, but then the politicians get greedy and try to accomplish too much.
