I'm close enough to Little Creek to hear the base morning and evening music every day and the gunshots (sound of freedom) when our troop are practicing.

Don't allow them to use your construction site as their party place.If you have other units with residents in them, prohibit them from playing loud music (even though I like Mariachi music myself, blasting boom boxes at 7 am, your other renters, such as Mr. or Ms. sleep in late won't like it).
