Arizona State Statues Title 33 Chapter 10 looks like a promising start.

My lease includes responsibilities of the Tenant, Mold addendum and this has prevented quite a few headaches.In the event no mold is found, send her a 7 day notice to cure advising her of obligations to maintain unit under Florida Statues 83.5. and do regular inspections of unit to see if she in fact is maintaining the unit.

There may be statues relating to charging late fees and when you can post, etc.

@Glenn GabeYes it is possible.The statue of limitations STARTS when the previous owner got notice. 

The statue is very clear.

Is there a Wisconsin statute or Milwaukee county statue that states how many people are allowed per square fm foot?

I didn't find anything specific in FL landlord statues regarding this.
