External threats are scary, but I believe that as a nation, we are prepared to deal with them.

@Phillip Dwyer I can't download the pdf file, but from what was mentioned I can see the external or functional obsolescence applied with the main.

We have not been able to inspect the inside the home yet, but it is in good condition externally.

I would suggest listing the questions you want to ask within the ad itself and not linking to some external survey form.  

I scan everything to an external hard drive and ditch the paperwork.

i approached respectfully, told them i'd like to help them if they needed it...i even offered to buy the junk cars...i wouldn't even say they were offended..they were downright pissed off...luckily, all the other neighbors appreciated my efforts and said they'd been trying to get rid of those things for years..thus, i made friends with those neighbors who watched my property for me...not everyone will take it that bad...i've approached people with harsher words before and got positive reactions...she just happened to be a witch

Hello, I have read on several different posts here and externally that it is both possible and impossible to wholesale a foreclosure.

And I happily pay it, because I know their price increases are based on external factors.As another example, one of my carpenters raised his hourly labor rate by $10/hour earlier this year. 

The house needs $15K external update (replace sidings, patio covers etc) and $20K inside update.
