That said, people tend to concentrate on those grand slam deals- assignment fees of $50k, flips that made $250k.

I live on the western slope of Colorado near grand junction and the markets have been going up but they haven't seen the quick jump like the front range.

I say sell and take your $35-40 grand and re-deploy that money.
