retail, self storage, office, etc. ?

@Chuck Kramer I am considering putting the big pieces in storage (I work for a storage company so it's free), and then sell those piecemeal on Facebook like you suggested or Next Door/Offer Up.

Currently I have a big fat mortgage on my primary residence (about 4k a month) , refinanced last year at a good rate of 3.125%.  

When we bought we inherited a lease for the 2 bedroom, 1 bath with ample storage and an enclosed back porch.

I have a lead on a value add 160 unit RV and storage unit property 20 minutes south of Kansas City.

Heat & ac, basic cable or internet packages, parking, storage etc.

In my area this loop hole works if the attic is only for storage. the space can't be counted as square footage or used for any sort of rental space. 

I saw no evidence of this happening, either with daily additions of anything to the trash storage outdoors, and also upon their vacating, I could tell that they likely hadn’t vacuumed since the girlfriend had moved out.

Then on the next move this new property would be 2 homes to rent and a storage barn that I could rent as a separate opportunity as well.
