2nd first post - been gone since I set up the account

Hey! I am getting back into Bigger Pockets after being gone since I set up the account. It's funny, I read my original bio and I may have found the property I was looking for. 2 houses and an acre of property. I will be building a pole barn for my glass business and my apprentice would rent the house. All the while holding on to my current home for the first rental. Then on the next move this new property would be 2 homes to rent and a storage barn that I could rent as a separate opportunity as well. Exciting times. Trying to determine how to structure a deal with a family private lender until next year when I can get a mortgage to buy out the loan. The whole time I was gone I was trying to get some traction. Hoping this is the start. Thanks for listening, hope everyone ventures are going well!
