Schedule the routine pest control as an exterior treatment. 

I have also asked the same question to some other forums and most people would agree that, small routine questions are uncharged for.

I can't be the only one who would raise an eyebrow upon seeing a new, hitherto unknown person who has suddenly become attached to the building in some unknown, quasi-manner.

If you're going the umbrella insurance route, make sure it will cover you for several things including just the routine slip and fall (like mold or earthquake).

Hi @Mysonne Johnson, a registered agent is intended to be someone who can routinely be served important or legally necessary things intended for the company. 

They have to do the work, have a routine inspection and then payments are dispersed.

I routinely do this to get leases that end in summer.

This seems like a pretty routine problem.
