The New York market has a need forindividuals who can converse to families that can not or will notspeak english and wish to purchase real estate from individuals who they can converse with in their native tongues.

Bill:I was just trying to let Thomas know there are folks here who speak his mother tongue - in the event he encounters a situation where he cannot quite express what he wants to in English.

If one relocates frequently due to work, why buy and be tied down to a death grip (english translation of mortgage).Just my 2 cents.

They were all first generation Italians, including my parents, so they came to North America without speaking English and starting off with low paying jobs.

We both speak Spanish and he's working on his English, and I'm really hoping being bi-lingual will be a great help to us in this industry.We really look forward to talking with and meeting other members and any help or advice anyone wants to give us as we start out on this Real Estate journey.
